As we support various investors, the investment criteria depend on the strategy and vary from case to case. Across all strategies, we currently focus on retail, office and residential real estate.

Retail.

We pay particular attention to non-cyclical, food-anchored retail properties all over Germany, such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, retail parks, local shopping centers and discounters in Germany and Poland. Expiring tenancy agreements, vacancies or a possible maintenance backlog do not represent an obstacle to investment.

Office.

As part of our investment strategy, we pursue core strategies as well as core-plus and value-add approaches for our investment partners. Both existing and new properties are considered as target assets.

Residential.

In the residential segment, we focus not only on first-class core properties but also on repositioning properties through significant value-enhancing revitalization activities. The focus here is on metropolitan areas in Germany and established B and C cities with demographic growth.
